Caroline Valinoti, LMSW
As a school social worker at Cleary, I am dedicated to creating a safe, and inclusive environment where students feel supported and understood. My professional journey began in nonprofit work, where I helped adolescents and families overcome a variety of challenges. This experience reinforced my belief in a client-centered approach that emphasizes building meaningful, therapeutic connections with students. With a bachelor’s degree in fine art, I incorporate creative expression into my work, helping students find alternative ways to communicate and cope with whatever challenges may cross their path. I believe every student is entitled to a supportive, nurturing environment where they can truly thrive, and I am committed to ensuring that our school provides just that.

Michele DePalo Germer, LMSW
As a Licensed Master Social Worker it is my goal to develop strong and comfortable relationships with both our students and families. Coming from a background of community-based preventive programming for children, adolescents, and families, I recognize the importance of collaboration and open communication between school and home. For students and families of school-aged children, school is a second home!
As a School Social Worker I aim to extend the support, care and trust that home has to offer into our school and classrooms. In partnership with our school staff and the Cleary community, I am dedicated to ensure the wellness of our students while equipping them for success. I look forward to serving the Cleary community and I am energized by the possibilities of the future!
