PAES Lab Ribbon Cutting

It’s official! Cleary School for the Deaf has opened a PAES Lab at East Islip High School. What is a PAES Lab? It’s a Practical Assessment Exploration System Lab, which assesses a student’s competitive work potential and interest level, while exploring various jobs, using real tools, and developing proper work behaviors in a variety of work areas. It is a wonderful program which exposes students to a variety of career/work options to consider for their future.
